The primary goal of ITC's Wholeness center is to help people become more fully integrated as people and to live healthy and happy lives. This means experiences in our life, whether they are past or present, inside (internal) or outside (external) impact us in many different ways-sometimes leading us to insulate ourselves against the world and leaving us with anxiety/panic, self protected repeated patterns, stress, medical complications and disease, depression, fear, eating disorders, anger and violence, addiction, problems at work/home, relationship disturbances, and grief to name some. Finding wholeness requires a willingness to extend outside of our comfort zone, to find aspects of our hidden self and implement healthy life strategies.
ITC's experience has shown that the courage to take these risks takes energy, support, understanding, time, and an integrated approach. Our goals are to direct energies away from being self-protective and reinforcing patterns of unhealthy living that are familiar and comfortable-to become "unstuck". Once these risks are taken however, there is an unburdening-freeing up energy to get our needs met more effectively-guiding us to happiness, satisfaction and more authentic living. Our Center supports you to re-directing energies into defining what living well means for you.
